New Favorite Running Podcast: RunTalkRadio

So I usually hate podcasts (if I listen to anything is going to be music or reality TV in the background) but I LOVE RunTalkRadio – why? Probably because the people who do it (Kathy, Caleb + Daniel) are some really cool runners I happen to know. As far as I can tell the subject matter is well… you guessed it: running. The production is polished and the content is usually pretty interesting. But don’t take my word for it check out their latest episode for yourself here:
